Hibiscus Flower Gin Fizz


WOW as a gift or at your own party


  • 1 x 20cl Rhubarb Crumble Gin 40%
  • 1 x 70cl Rose Freixenet
  • 1 x Jar Wild Hibiscus flowers in Syrup – 11 flowers approx.

Drain a flower from the syrup, keep the syrup,  drop flower open side up into a flute add Fizz a dash of the syrup and 10 -15ml of
Rhubarb Crumble Gin
Rhubarb and hibiscus – a devine combination
The flowers are edible, but will allow more Gin & fizz !
