Our Dry Gin is made in the style of a London Dry Gin, but with a subtle difference.
The aroma is juniper and sweet citrus. The taste is a hit of juniper which mellows into a faint cumin and cardamom to give a spiced note with a back tone of lemon, and with a dash of a good quality Tonic the flavours intensify.
Our Classic Gin is produced to pay homage to a great Gin of yesteryear and that is "Old Tom" - made famous for such classic cocktails as "Tom Collins" and "Gimlet".
This Gin is a little sweeter. The aroma is coriander and lemon. The taste is orange/lemon to start, slowly fading to angelica and liquorice then a smooth juniper flavour to finish.
A velvety smooth Vodka, distilled with pomegranate and black peppercorns.
The aroma is a subtle citrus and spices. The taste is a tongue tingling smooth sensation.
A Vodka to drink on its own, or try it in a Bloody Mary.
For our Spiced Rum we use a quality spirit made from molasses. This is then infused with several herbs and spices including the freshest root ginger and vanilla and a tiny bit of chilli to give extra spice to the background flavours.
Great on its own or try it with Ginger Beer.
The name gives it away! Beautifully smooth, this Gin has rhubarb, juniper and citrus on the nose. We use our quality Gin and infuse it with fresh rhubarb and vanilla pods then a little torrified wheat for a short period.
Try this with Ginger Ale and the flavours and aromas explode for you to enjoy.
A luxuriously smooth Gin. Initial sweetness gives way to juniper and floral notes that come from the elderflower we use, the silky liquor giving a warming finish. Add some quality Tonic and the flavours burst out.
